Refund and Returns Policy

At NearBuyStore, we like to keep things fair and crystal clear. We put time and effort into setting up your services, so here’s how refunds work.

1. Non-Refundable Plans

Some services require upfront work from our team, which makes them non-refundable:

  • Starter (1 Month) plan
  • Support (1 Month) plan

Once purchased, these cannot be refunded, as our setup and preparation work starts immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

For other packages or subscriptions, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A technical issue on our side prevented your service from being delivered.
  • You were charged by mistake.
  • You requested a cancellation within 7 days of purchase and have not fully used the service.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued within 24–36 hours, straight back to your original payment method.
  • We don’t believe in delays — if we owe you a refund, you’ll get it without any due.
  • Banks or payment gateways may take a little extra to reflect it, but on our end, it’s fast. ⚡

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@nearbuystore.in with your order details.
  2. Explain the issue briefly.
  3. Our team will review and confirm your refund status.

5. When Refunds Don’t Apply

Refunds won’t be provided if:

  • You have fully used the service or subscription.
  • Your account was suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
  • You purchased a non-refundable plan (Starter – 1 Month, Support – 1 Month).

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always tell you when it was last updated.
