You take care of
- Business details, photos and text you have the right to use
- Accounts in your name: domain, payment gateway, Google Play
- Checking and approving the website before launch
- Keeping your account login safe
Renewals
- Plans are prepaid for 3, 6, 12 or 36 months
- We remind you before expiry; renewal opens 30 days before
- Nothing renews automatically
- See every website and its expiry in My Account
Cancellations & refunds
- Stop any time by not renewing
- 3-month plans are non-refundable once purchased
- Longer plans, packages and add-ons: refund if we could not deliver, you were charged by mistake, or you cancel within 7 days before delivery
- Software licences: free ARIN trial first; refunds only for mistaken charges or faults on our side
