Since groceries and daily essentials are perishable, customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, report it immediately to the delivery person or contact us within 6 hours of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted at the time of delivery for perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and fresh produce.
- Packaged and non-perishable items (e.g., dry groceries, household goods) can be returned within 24 hours if they are unopened and in original condition.
β Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially consumed food items.
- Items not reported within the allowed timeframe.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Wallet, or Store Credit).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).

- If a product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be provided.
