Summary

Website plans are prepaid for a fixed term (3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 3 years). Nothing renews automatically, so you never need to cancel a renewal.

3-month website plans are non-refundable once purchased, because our setup work starts straight away.

Longer plans, packages and add-ons can be refunded in the cases listed below.

Software licences (ARIN CommerceBot and CommercePilot) are refundable only if you were charged by mistake or the software cannot work because of a fault on our side.

1. Non-refundable purchases

3-month website plans (Starter, Business and Store Pro), from ₹1,499. Setup and preparation start immediately after payment.

Renewals of a term that has already started, and terms that have been fully used.

Software licences once issued, except as described in section 3.

Fees paid to other providers: domain registration and renewal, payment gateway charges, Google Play registration (US$25) and mailbox subscriptions.

2. Website plans of 6 months or longer, packages and add-ons

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• a technical issue on our side prevented us from delivering your service;

• you were charged by mistake or charged twice; or

• you ask to cancel within 7 days of purchase and the service has not been fully delivered or used.

Work already completed (for example a delivered logo, published app or finished setup) may be deducted. We will tell you the amount before refunding.

3. Software licences

ARIN CommerceBot includes a free 14-day trial of every Pro feature, so you can test it on your own store before buying.

Licences are refunded only if you were charged by mistake, or if the software cannot work on your store because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix. A refunded licence is deactivated.

To move a licence to another website, contact us instead of buying a new licence.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@nearbuystore.in with your order number, the email used for the purchase and a short explanation.

We review every request and reply with the outcome.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued within 24–36 hours to your original payment method. Banks and payment gateways may take a few extra days to show the credit.

6. When refunds do not apply

The service or term has been fully used.

The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions.

The purchase is listed as non-refundable in section 1.
