1. Who we are

NearBuyStore (nearbuystore.in) designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites, online stores and apps for businesses in India, and sells the ARIN CommerceBot and CommercePilot software for WordPress and WooCommerce.

2. Plans, terms and payment

Website plans are prepaid for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. The minimum term is 3 months.

Prices are published on our pricing page. Per-month figures are the term total divided by its months. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Packages include 12 months of the listed website plan and the services shown on the pricing page. Add-ons are one-time services.

3. What we do

Design and set up your website from the content you provide, host it with SSL, apply security and software updates, and support you on WhatsApp and email.

Starter includes basic updates and support; Business and Store Pro include priority updates and support. Larger changes or new features are quoted in writing before work starts.

4. What you provide

Accurate business, contact and content information, and photos, logos and text you have the right to use.

Accounts that must be in your name, such as your domain, payment gateway and Google Play developer account, and their approvals.

Keeping your account login secure.

5. Renewals and expiry

We remind you before your term ends. Renewal opens 30 days before expiry, at the renewal prices shown in My Account.

Nothing renews automatically. If a term is not renewed, the service ends at expiry; contact us if you want it restored later.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop at any time by not renewing. Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.

7. Software licences

Each ARIN CommerceBot or CommercePilot licence is for one website for the licence period, with updates during that period.

Copying, sharing, reselling or removing the licence checks is not allowed. Licences can be moved to another website on request.

8. Acceptable use

Websites must not be used for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend a service that breaks these terms or the law, after notice where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
