ARIN CommerceBot is a shopping-assistant plugin for WordPress/WooCommerce stores. It is separate from the NearBuyStore Suite website plugin.

Before installation

• Make a fresh website and database backup.
• Confirm WooCommerce works, your catalogue is published and checkout is functional.
• Check the selected ARIN version's published compatibility requirements.

Install on your store

1. Go to the ARIN CommerceBot product page. Choose WordPress / WooCommerce and the current release.
2. Download the ZIP; do not install the NearBuyStore Suite ZIP on the customer store by mistake.
3. In the customer store dashboard, open Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, select the ARIN ZIP and activate it.
4. Open ARIN's own onboarding / Get Started screen. Where supported, start the advertised 14-day free trial using the in-plugin flow.
5. Review the product catalogue, chat placement, cart and checkout options. Test with an incognito customer session on desktop and mobile.
6. For licensed use, follow the activation steps inside ARIN. Its native license manager is the authoritative source for activation status.

After setup

Ask the assistant about an exact product name, compare products, add an item to the cart, and test the full customer checkout. Depending on your store, the fallback may open WooCommerce checkout.

Support

If the assistant does not appear or gives irrelevant answers, send the exact plugin version and a reproducible example through the support form. Do not send API secrets or private license keys.
