Using your customer Software Library
What is Software Library?
Use My Account → Software Library to find current CommercePilot and ARIN installers, product links, version information and any ARIN licences associated with your signed-in account.
I can download but have no license
This is expected for software that provides public installers or trials. Buying a license and downloading a ZIP are different actions. Activate through the software's own in-plugin workflow.
I purchased a license but cannot find it
Check that you signed in with the purchase email. If the order was manually processed, issuance may require payment verification. Contact support with the order number, never the payment password or raw license key.
Need technical assistance?
Open the relevant product guide, then submit a private support request with your plugin version, WordPress/WooCommerce version (if known), and a description of what happened.
